Student testimonials
“Overall, I’m grateful that this opportunity broadened my understanding of the way law operates in real life. I also feel more confident in my ability to initiate conversations and cultivate professional relationships with people.” Emily, Fall 2025
“Seeing the way the legal system works firsthand was fascinating to me and instilled a stronger interest within my academic and career interests, giving me a better sense of what career I eventually would like to pursue in the law field. It was an amazing learning experience and opened my eyes to many different opportunities within the profession.” Alexis, Fall 2025
“Overall, the most meaningful and new part of the internship was just being placed in a professional environment. I was able to see how they worked together and problem-solved during the large events. Judging mock trial was also very meaningful to take part in and the most interaction I had with students.” Aviv, Winter 2026
“My biggest takeaway from interning with the Civics Learning Project is seeing civic education in action. A civic duty we all must develop is educating young generations on the constitution, the law, traditions, and culture, and guiding them to discover new aspects of themselves.” Liz, Winter 2026
