Fever Pitch: Scappoose HS joins other choirs in bringing the right notes to Rock Creek
Story by Janis Nichols
The Scappoose High School Belladonnas Women’s Choir, under the direction of Kristen Caldwell, was one of three local choirs that participated in the Feb. 2 High School Choral Festival at the Rock Creek Campus. The non-competitive event gave students an opportunity to perform and to be evaluated by college-level choir directors. The festival also introduces young students to the Rock Creek’s array of vocal offerings within the Music Program.
