Here is a look at some of the news stories about PCC from around the local area and the nation in January. In total, PCC events and people appeared 20 times in the local community or national online media, newspapers or TV/radio.
The big stories centered on PCCs two signature cultural events the Sylvania Winter Powwow and the Cascade Festival of African Films. In addition, The Oregonian profiled a graduate of PCCs Emergency Communications Program, who is now a key link in Washington Countys dispatch system.
