PCC instructor searching for funding of moving art project

°µÍøTV art instructor Evertt Beidler, who created the experimental film “Moves Manager†on display two months ago at °µÍøTV, is seeking funding to win a national art competition. His project involving a moving vehicle he created with help from PCC staff and students, won’t be funded unless he raises $3,500 by July 18.
This artwork, which is fully operable, was featured in Evertt Beidler's 'Moves Management' exhibit in April.

This competition is part of ArtPrize () – a large juried competition in Grand Rapids, Mich. The Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts () is the host organization of the event. The Exhibitions Manager, Steve Samson (a former student °µÍøTV’s Sylvania Campus) said that an excess of 100,000 people would see Beidler’s work during the competition.
