PCC offers 'better back' classes

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Neil Bastian can show you how to get back to good health. The Lake Oswego physical therapist will teach a series of non-credit classes through °µÍøTV designed to promote healthy backs. If you have an aching back, the Better Back Series is for you. Bastian will teach you specific exercises, stretches and relaxation techniques to promote strength and healing. The result is a healthy back for lifelong fitness. The four-part class will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 12 through Nov. 2, at Bastian Physical Therapy, 870 5th St. Cost is $49.
