This was one of the hardest yet best challenges that I had in this class. As I remember, I didn’t have to paint myself as a requirement but there was a seed planted and it was an option so it made me curious. It came at an interesting timing with me having conflicting feelings about my late 30’s and the changes that I notice but don’t always embrace. By the end of the painting process, there were things about myself that I realized I didn’t notice about myself before that I found and I embraced. It was a great project to get to know myself a little more, up close and personal.
